The Top 40: Comment on Sure, some Muslim-Americans are "moderate," but who gives a damn anymore?: In all my reading of the pre-WW11 era, I don't recall seeing the phrase moderate Nazi, nor even for that matter hearing of moderate communists, although communists do love to call themselves other things. Credit Nazis for not doing that.
