Atrocious State of Cancer Treatment in the U.S.: So I took up Kegel exercises, 15 months ago. Within 3 days there was an increase in urine flow rate, so that had to be vascular rather then muscular. I wish I had taken baseline measurements at that time. Recently I have been undertaking a trial, involving 20 Kegel "grips" each morning, for 20 seconds each, and measuring my urine flow with a jug and stopwatch.
